When will I hear back?

When you send us your CV, we will get back to you within 24 hours. We're still a small team so we can make this happen. If you're not invited to an interview, we're afraid we can't offer feedback at this stage.

What is the interview process?

We normally use a 3-step process.

  1. Phone interview with Sam (CEO)
  2. Take home task (1 hour)
  3. Interview in the Otta office (3 hours)
We try to have this all done and dusted in two weeks.
